7-Day Return and Refund Policy

Returns

  1. Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item can be used and must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  2. Time Frame: You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  3. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at support@oraintl.com to request a return authorization.
  4. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  5. Refund: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Refunds

  1. Eligibility for Refunds: We will issue a refund for the purchase price of the returned item(s) minus any applicable restocking fees.
  2. Non-Refundable Items: Some items are non-refundable, including gift cards etc.
  3. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will promptly exchange it for a new one or issue a refund as needed.
  4. Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
